Greetings Halo Fans,
Unlocked recently did an interview with Xbox executive Phil Spencer. I’ll include the video for everyone to check out below.
“Bonnie and the team are doing a really good job on Halo: Infinite right now”, Spencer continued.
“They’re learning on the job just like we all are. I think we’ll go in eyes wide open on what we’re trying to get done, but I don’t think we would hold the launch of the overall platform on any individual game. I think we just have to be very transparent with people on where we are and how we’re trending.”
So there you have it, even with Halo Infinite as the flagship title Microsoft plans to forge ahead (see what I did there 😉 ) with the planned launch of Xbox Series X.
With the pandemic improving in China and their manufacturing returning to a normal state, it appears as though assembly of the Xbox Series X is back on track as well.
He did not give away any details on price or other game releases. But he did mention that triple A titles will be staggered for release and won’t drop all at once with the console. Their hope is that this maintains momentum and excitement for the console.

That’s all for now.
